CBI court issues notices to Jagan as ED files charge sheet

Hyderabad, April 6, 2015: CBI special court at Nampally in Hyderabad has taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed by Enforcement Directorate in the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court issued notices to Jagan Mohan Reddy, his auditor and party leader Vijaya Sai Reddy and Jagathi Publications representatives in the case asking them to attend court hearing on May 2. The charge sheet, relating to the violation of money laundering laws of the Jagan Mohan Reddy case, was filed by the Hyderabad office of the Enforcement Directorate.
