Actor Sumanth Responds to Marriage Rumours

For the past few days, social media has been abuzz with rumours suggesting that actor Sumanth and actress Mrunal Thakur are secretly dating and planning to get married. These speculations gained momentum after a photo of the two sitting closely on a sofa was leaked, prompting various reactions and comments from users online. Both Sumanth and Mrunal Thakur had remained silent on these reports, further fuelling the speculation.

However, in a recent interview, Sumanth addressed these rumours directly. He clarified that there is no truth to the news linking him romantically with Mrunal Thakur. "There is no kind of relationship between me and Mrunal," Sumanth stated.

Addressing the viral photograph circulating on social media, Sumanth explained that it was taken during the time of the film Sita Ramam. "That photo is from the time we worked on Sita Ramam," he said. "Now, people are sharing it and making assumptions about marriage." He also mentioned that they have not met since the film’s release.

In the same interview, Sumanth dismissed any thoughts of marriage in his personal life. "I have no intention of getting married," he stated. "I like being this way." He shared that he never finds his routine life boring, saying, "I spend about five hours a day watching films or on OTT platforms, followed by gym and sports activities." He added that the idea of marriage does not occur to him at all.

Sumanth's comments appear to convey a firm stance on staying single. He was previously married, but the marriage ended in divorce. Since then, he has been living alone.
