KTR Responds to ‘Operation Sindoor’

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) has called upon citizens to stand united in support of the Indian Army at a time when India is engaged in a conflict with Pakistan. He made this appeal while addressing a public gathering in Mittapalli village, Tallada Mandal, Khammam district.

Prior to the event, KTR unveiled a statue of former DCMs Chairman and late leader Rayala Seshagiri Rao. Paying homage, he remembered Rao’s contributions to farmer welfare with great reverence.

During his address, KTR launched a sharp critique against the incumbent Congress government in Telangana. “Three ministerial positions were allotted to Khammam district, but what benefit has the district truly received?” he questioned. He also demanded answers regarding the promises made by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka during the elections, which were backed by affidavits and bond papers. KTR alleged that the Congress government has revoked several welfare schemes that were implemented during K. Chandrashekar Rao’s tenure.

He further questioned the status of key promises such as farm loan waivers and the gold-for-girls scheme, asking, “The people of Khammam voted for Congress seeking change—where is that change now?” Addressing the public, he remarked, “You voted for them out of boredom with our administration—what has come of it now?”

KTR categorically stated that neither Chief Minister Revanth Reddy nor the Congress government would be spared from accountability. “I have never seen a more incompetent Chief Minister than Revanth Reddy. In Delhi, he struggles to get appointments, and they see him as someone who carries shoes or even as a thief,” KTR said, adding, “How else should one view a thief, if not as a thief?” He further remarked that even Dr. B.R. Ambedkar could not have foreseen such individuals coming to power.

KTR concluded by stating that the public would soon have another opportunity for change, as local body elections were approaching. He urged BRS cadres to work diligently and ensure victory in all ZPTC, MPTC, and Sarpanch seats, so that the party’s pink flag could be hoisted triumphantly.
