Delhi Rouse Avenue Court Issues Notices to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi
In connection with the National Herald money laundering case, the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi today issued notices to senior Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. The court took into consideration the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and directed the leaders to respond to it.

Previously, the court had declined to issue such notices due to the absence of necessary documents. However, following a renewed request by the ED, the court initiated further action. The ED informed the court that the defendants’ arguments must be heard before the chargesheet can be examined.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne issued the notices and adjourned the next hearing to May 7.
