Rajya Sabha's Last Day Comedy: Chairman and Leader of Opposition Shine

In a lighthearted moment on the last day of proceedings in the current Parliament building, Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and Leader of Opposition in the Upper House Mallikarjun Kharge shared a jovial exchange, leaving fellow members in stitches. On Monday, Rajya Sabha members couldn't hold back their laughter when Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge asked his fellow Congress leader Rajeev Shukla a funny question. When Shukla walked in front of Kharge, the latter jokingly asked, "Where are you headed?" His playful inquiry sparked a burst of laughter among those present. Not one to miss out on the fun, Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar, who was amused by the unexpected exchange, chimed in with a witty comment. He humorously remarked, "Touching this is also a breaking of rules," adding to the jovial atmosphere in the Parliament. The Special Session of Parliament commenced today and will run until September 22. However, it's worth noting that the session will soon shift to the new Parliament building, which stands beside the current one.
