MP Kesineni Nani Strongly Condemns Chandrababu's Arrest, Calls for Center's Intervention
TDP MP Kesineni Nani has expressed strong disapproval of the arrest of Party Chief Chandrababu Naidu. During a press conference, Nani referred to today as a dark day in Indian history. He highlighted that he had written letters to President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, urging them to intervene and address the alleged illegal arrest of Chandrababu in order to safeguard democracy.
Nani firmly stated that Chandrababu Naidu's political career has been without any stains, and he firmly believed that the arrest was politically motivated. He accused CM Jagan of attempting to target Chandrababu Naidu with a baseless and fabricated case to tarnish his reputation. Regardless of the situation, Nani expressed confidence that Chandrababu would be cleared of any wrongdoing.
Nani also praised Chandrababu's 45 years of dedicated political service and his contributions to the state and its people.
Furthermore, Nani alleged that YS Jagan was aware that his party, YSRCP, might not return to power, which he claimed was the reason behind alleged conspiracies to create difficulties for Chandrababu Naidu through illegitimate means.
He concluded by asserting that the governance of YSRCP over the past four years had been a significant disappointment.
