Rajaiah, the Station Ghanpur MLA in Telangana, stated he will remain loyal to Chief Minister KCR even after not receiving the election ticket. Rajaiah was visibly upset about not being chosen as a candidate. There had been much buzz about who would get the Ghanpur BRS MLA ticket, with rumors of a rivalry between Kadiam Srihari and Rajaiah. Both leaders had hoped for the ticket, but in the end, CM KCR chose Kadiam. Rajaiah, visiting his constituency for the first time since the ticket announcements, was met by a large group of supporters. Overwhelmed by the show of support, he became emotional and teared up. He vowed to continue working for those who have faith in him and mentioned that the Chief Minister promised him other significant responsibilities beyond his current role.
