An active volcano located in Iceland has been consistently erupting, spewing poisonous gases and molten lava every five days. The volcanic activity has occurred in the Litli-Hrutur mountain valley, situated close to the capital city of Reykjavík. Despite the nearness of the airport, the Icelandic government assures that flight operations will remain unaffected. Notably, this volcano has erupted twice within the past two years. In light of these eruptions, local authorities have alerted the nearby people and taken precautionary and necessary measures. The officials concerned have suspended trekking activities in the surrounding areas.
