Hyderabad Metro Takes Action: Additional Coaches to Ease Rush in Metro Trains

In response to the surge in commuters on Hyderabad's Metro trains, the management has made the decision to augment the number of additional carriages allocated to each train. The concerned authorities have resolved to procure the supplementary carriages. Representatives from Hyderabad's L and T Metro Group have initiated discussions with their counterparts from Chennai and Nagpur Metro Group regarding the provision of additional carriages. According to reports, three extra carriages are scheduled to be incorporated by August, if the reports are indeed accurate. Commuters of the Metro have persistently advocated for an increase in the number of carriages over the past few months, owing to the substantial crowding experienced on the Nagole-Raidurg and Miyapur to LB Nagar routes.
