Viral video: MLA Rohit Reddy's KGF style walk with security sparks controversy

Hyderabad: A Twitter video capturing Tandur BRS MLA, Pilot Rohit Reddy, in a grand KGF-inspired moment with heightened security has gone viral on social media. In the clip, MLA Rohit Reddy, adorned in an orange dhoti, walks in slow motion, accompanied by a team of armed security personnel provided by the government. His security was enhanced in October 2022 due to increased threat perception following the farmhouse MLA poaching case. Uploaded by a Twitter user, the video drew mixed reactions. While some found it amusing, the majority criticized the perceived misuse of public office privileges. MLA Rohit Reddy responded, suggesting the video might have been edited before being shared.
