In a significant development, Purandeswari has officially taken charge as the new President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Andhra Pradesh. During a press conference held on Thursday, she addressed the much-debated alliance issue in the state, clarifying that it would be assessed entirely by the party's high command. Purandeswari emphasized the enduring partnership between the BJP and Jana Sena, assuring that their collaboration would persist. Purandeswari stated that the BJP and Jana Sena have been working together since the outset, and they intend to continue their alliance. Should any issues arise in the course of their partnership, she assured that they would be resolved amicably. Notably, former state BJP President Somu Veerraju and AP BJP Incharge Sunil Devdhar are actively engaging with Janasena, underscoring the party's commitment to maintaining strong communication channels, she stated.
