The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court in Vijayawada has issued significant orders authorizing the confiscation of a residence owned by Lingamaneni Ramesh. Notices have been issued to the respondents, including Lingamaneni Ramesh himself, following the decision of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to permit the seizure. The CID had filed a petition with the ACB court, seeking approval to confiscate the guest house of Lingamaneni Ramesh. This property has been rented by TDP Chief Chandrababu. Following this petition, the ACB court convened a hearing where arguments were presented from both parties involved. After an initial adjournment, the ACB court has now given a green light to the CID's request for confiscation of Lingamaneni's guest house. This decision follows a recent government order to attach Lingamaneni Ramesh's guest house located at Undavalli Karakattu. Upon hearing arguments from both sides, the court reached its final verdict, granting CID officials permission to seize the property.
