Kodumuru MLA Sudhakar Faces Bitter Experience During Gadapa Gadapaku Program

In a surprising turn of events, Kodumuru's Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Sudhakar, was confronted by discontented locals and CPI leaders during his tour of Chanugondla village, Kurnool district. The tour was a part of the government's 'Gadapa Gadapaku' initiative, aimed at understanding and addressing the concerns of the village community. During his visit, villagers voiced their grievances about the condition of the local road network. The villagers complained about the extensive potholes that impeded their daily travel. They urgently demanded that road construction efforts be initiated without delay, particularly along the route stretching from Gudur to Chanugondla, leading up to Kodumuru. The villagers also issued a warning to the MLA, stating their intention to stage a large-scale protest if the necessary road works are not promptly initiated. A formal memorandum was presented to MLA Sudhakar, listing the specific issues faced by the villagers. In response to the potential escalation of this conflict, Sudhakar gave assurances that the tender process for the road construction would be completed within a ten-day period and that the required work would commence thereafter.
