Intra-Party Conflict Erupts in YSRCP's Pathapatnam Constituency

Tensions flared within the YSRCP ranks in Srikakulam district's Pathapatnam constituency's Kotturu Mandal, as a dispute emerged between YSRCP vice-president Thulasi Varaprasad and YSRCP MLA Reddy Shanti. On Wednesday, Varaprasad spearheaded a protest against Reddy Shanti, accusing MLA of mistreating party leaders and workers since assuming office as an MLA. Varaprasad, while expressing his grievances, claimed that the harassment by MLA Reddy Shanti has caused discontent among party members.
