"We have detected such loan apps in India and removed them from the Play Store," said Google. The company added that it regularly updates its policies and reviews in such matters. Furthermore, Google announced that in 2023, it plans to adopt a more privacy-friendly approach to advertising. To improve user privacy, Google has launched a beta version of the Privacy Sandbox on some Android devices, which will be made available to users.
