Telangana's New Secretariat Security Transferred from SPF to TSSP

The security of the newly constructed Secretariat in Telangana is receiving special attention ahead of its formal inauguration, with the responsibility for this task handed over to the State Police Force (SPF). In preparation for the event, more than 650 SPF personnel will be deployed to ensure the safety of the Secretariat. Following several high-level review meetings, it was decided that the TSSP would be entrusted with the responsibility of securing the premises. A letter to this effect has been sent from the DGP office to the Additional DG. The highly anticipated inauguration of the Dr BR Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat is scheduled for April 30. During the ceremony, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will take his seat in his chambers at 1.20 pm on the same day.
