In response to BJP MLA Etela Rajender's allegations that he had taken Rs 25 crores from the ruling party BRS during the Munugodu by-election, Telangana PCC President Revanth Reddy has firmly denied the accusations. Speaking at a press meet, Revanth Reddy asserted that every rupee spent during the election belonged to the Congress party, and he had not accepted any funds from BRS or KCR. Revanth Reddy also stated that the Congress workers, including BCs, SCs, and STs, had provided financial support for the election. He took serious note of the allegations levelled against him and announced his willingness to take an oath at Bhagyalakshmi temple on Sunday at 6 pm, which is believed by the BJP. Furthermore, he declared his readiness to take an oath with wet clothes in any temple to prove his innocence. The BJP MLA's accusations have sparked controversy, and Revanth Reddy's strong rebuttal has only added fuel to the fire.
