Maitri Projects Real Estate, a company in Hyderabad's Miyapur, has been accused of swindling crores of rupees from people who wanted to purchase homes. The company, led by MD Johnny Basha Shaikh, created a venture called Royal Paradise and allegedly embezzled Rs. 50 crores. The victims held a protest in front of the Maitri Projects office, but despite filing a complaint with the police 20 days ago, no action has been taken. Many people were cheated of large sums of money as they tried to buy houses. The affected individuals are now demanding justice, and authorities are being called upon to take action.
