Maurya Shivam, one of the students involved in the project, stated that the robot's design was based on a thorough study of human legs and gait. He also mentioned that successful tests have been conducted to ensure the robot's ability to walk on roads. Shivam explained that their prototype has been tested on the road but is not yet complete. They still have to work on its legs, hands, head, and face to make it walk like a normal human.
