Heart touching: Arif meets crane Sarus days after separation

The heartwarming connection between Arif, a resident of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh, and a crane he rescued a year ago gained widespread attention on the internet. Their unique bond received admiration and served as a source of inspiration for many people. However, the forest department took the bird away, which was a great disappointment for both Arif and the crane's fans. After three weeks of separation, Arif was permitted to reunite with the crane at Kanpur zoo on April 12. The bird's response to seeing Arif was truly touching, as shown in a video of their encounter that was posted on social media. The crane moved its neck and flapped its wings in excitement, as if attempting to leave its cage. Their reunion was brief and lasted only five minutes. According to reports, Arif observed that the crane was stressed about being unable to meet him freely outside the enclosure, and it anxiously flapped its wings. Arif was also concerned that the bird might hurt itself by colliding with the net.
