All Set For Telangana New Secretariat Inauguration
Hyderabad is about to unveil its latest architectural masterpiece - the brand new Rs 616-crore secretariat building. Nestled on the banks of Hussian Sagar, this sprawling structure is not only a symbol of power but also a visual delight that blends the best of Indo-Islamic architecture with modern design elements. Designed by the renowned architects Ponni Concessao and Oscar Concessao, the new secretariat promises to be a unique addition to the city's skyline, alongside the iconic Charminar and the Golconda fort.
The inauguration of this magnificent building is set to be a grand affair, with Chief Minister K.C.R. leading the proceedings. A whole host of dignitaries, including M.L.A's, M.L.Cs, M.Ps, public representatives, collectors, and SPs will be in attendance. It's a momentous occasion, and the CM will use this opportunity to meet with all of them after the inauguration. To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, private vehicles won't be allowed inside the secretariat. Instead, electric vehicles will be provided for the elderly and differently-abled.
In addition to the secretariat, the 14th of this month will see the unveiling of Ambedkar's statue. The CM has given specific instructions to officials, and preparations are well underway.
Finally, after nine long years, the Chief Minister will have a brand new workspace, with other Ministers, Secretaries, and staff occupying their respective chambers and cubicles. This new secretariat building is more than just a symbol of power; it's a testament to the city's rich cultural heritage and its commitment to progress and modernity.
