Rajinikanth expresses displeasure appointing Venkaiah Naidu as Vice President

Chennai: During the silver jubilee celebration of Sapiens Health Foundation (SPF), Tamil superstar Rajinikanth expressed his disappointment with the appointment of Venkaiah Naidu as Vice President of India. Despite his friendship with the former Vice President, Rajinikanth voiced his personal dissatisfaction with the choice, noting that the position holds little actual power. The superstar stated that someone as dynamic and respected as Venkaiah Naidu, with a long and unblemished political career, would have been better suited to continue as a minister or more active political figure rather than taking on the role of Vice President, which Rajinikanth views as a largely symbolic post. The comments have stirred debate and garnered attention in the political arena.
