Mulugu: Mulugu District Collector Krishna Aditya was in the news headlines after he reportedly imposed a Rs 7500 fine on a shepherd after his buffaloes blocked his car on the road. According to the sources, the shepherd identified as Boyini Yakaiah took his cattle into a nearby forest for grazing and suddenly the cattle reportedly blocked the car of the district Collector Krishna Aditya. It is said that Collector honked the horn several times but the cattle didn't move from the road. Irked after the incident, the District Collector reportedly took the mobile from the shepherd and ordered the officials to impose a fine after his cattle grazed the plants planted under Haritha Haram. It is said that the officials also seized the water pipeline to his residence and the shepherd paid the fine amount to the officials.
