Manipur: In a horrifying incident, seven students were killed and more than 25 severely injured after a bus carrying students turned turtle in Noney district of Manipur on Wednesday. According to the sources, the bus carrying girl students from Thambalnu Higher Secondary School on a study tour turned turtle on Old Cachar Road near the Longsai area after the bus driver lost control over the bus. The injured students were immediately shifted to the nearby hospitals in Imphal and undergoing treatment. The incident triggered panic among parents and the locals. The police registered a case and an investigation is underway.
