Uttar Pradesh: Chain snatching cases are increasing rapidly across the nation and triggering panic among the people. A shocking incident took place in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in which two unidentified miscreants were seen snatching a chain from a woman. The visuals were recorded on the CCTV cameras installed in the street. In the footage, two unidentified miscreants wearing a helmet and a face mask confronted a woman who was on her scooter. They diverted her attention in the name of taking their bike in reverse. Suddenly, one of the miscreants snatched a gold chain from her and flew away from the spot.
