Police file charge sheet against Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty

According to the accusation sheet, Shilpa Shetty's husband produced obscenity in a few five-star hotels, which was then made available online through OTT services. For the businessman and his wife Shilpa Shetty, the lawsuit does not appear to be ending anytime soon. In the past, Raj Kundra was accused of producing obscene movies for OTT platforms and was charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code. His wife, Shilpa Shetty, was also interrogated in the case, which garnered the couple and the businessman a lot of media attention.
