Ramachandra Bharathi, Simhayajulu, and Nandakumar were recently detained by the SOT police for attempting to purchase four TRS MLAs. An SIT has been established by the Telangana government to look into the case. In this case, Busarapu Srinivas has received notices from the SIT. On May 21, at 10.30 a.m., Srinivas has been ordered to appear before it. Following accusations that Srinivas had bought aircraft tickets for Ramachandra Bharati, one of the defendants in the MLA purchase case, the SIT officials served him with a notice under Section 41 CrPC. Busarapu Srinivas is thought to be Bandi Sanjay's (the chief of the Telangana BJP) supporter.
