Afridi 'insulted' Indian minister revelation sparks online outrage in India

Shahid Afridi's name invariably comes up when discussing the biggest hitters in cricket. The former Pakistani all-rounder has a natural strength that allowed him to smash powerful shots. As can be seen from a recent Waqar Younis story. Shahid Afridi, a former captain of Pakistan and all-around player, is facing criticism in India after former captain of Pakistan Waqar Younis related an incident involving Afridi and a prominent Indian minister. After this incident, #ZehrilaAfridi is trending among Indian internet users. Afridi's assertion that the ICC is favouring India in the current T20 World Cup has also drawn criticism from BCCI.
