Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu, a senior TDP leader and former minister, has been detained by AP CID officials. His appearance before the court has been scheduled. In a press conference on Thursday afternoon, CID DIG Sunil Naik gave an explanation of why Mr. Ayyanna and his son Rajesh were detained. DIG asserted that the no-objection certificate was made by forging the executive engineer's signature in relation to the 2 cents of land charge involving Mr. Ayyanna and his two sons, Chintakayala Vijay and Chintakayala Rajesh. Mr. Ayyanna allegedly summoned the AE to his home for this reason and made him submit to attestation. The 2 cents of land that they are now occupying is registered to Mr. Chintakayala Vijay. He explained that the inspector who did the investigation had handed us a report. According to this report, IPC sections 464 and 467 have been used to charge Mr. Ayyanna and his sons. According to him, cases may be filed under sections 471,
