In Ghaziabad, a fitness instructor passed away from a heart attack while seated in a chair. The CCTV footage showed the entire episode. Adil, the gym trainer, was working when the incident occurred, and all of a sudden, he slumped backward on the chair. He was taken to the hospital by the people there, but he was already dead when they arrived. Adil used to operate his own gym in the Shalimar Garden neighbourhood and would go there to work out. He was a gym rat and used to work out there every day. His family is in total shock and was unable to provide any other information.
