YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case comes for hearing in SC

On April 13, as is well known, YS Sunitha Reddy petitioned the Supreme Court regarding the killing of her father, a former minister, YS Vivekananda Reddy. The petitioners in the case are daughter YS Sunitha and YS Showbhagya, the late YS Viveka's wife. Today, the Supreme Court has heard the petition in which the petitioner, YS Sunitha Reddy, pleaded with the SC to oversee the prosecution's case against her father's murder. The Supreme Court Justices MR Shah and Krishna Murari listed the petition for admission. It has given the CBI and the chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh notices to respond before October 14. According to the petitioners, they have requested that the trial court inquiry be moved to the Telangana, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka High Courts rather than the Andhra Pradesh High Court. According to the petitioners, who are defending their allegation, CBI officials have been receiving threatening calls and working under pressure. They further claimed that some of the evidences in the case have been tampered with.
