Now, the heat intensified in the Bigg Boss house after nominations and the Telugu Bigg Boss season 4 runner-up Akhil Sarthak shared his opinion on Bigg Boss show through BB Cafe. Speaking to Ariyana Glory, Akhil Sarthak said that he doesn't know the names of many contestants in the house and a few housemates are not providing content in the house. He further said a few housemates are nominating the housemates with silly points during the nominations. He guessed the names of the top five contestants in the Telugu Bigg Boss 6 are Revanth, Sudeepa, Srihan, Rohin and Marina and Faima.
