AP Minister creates flutter by bringing 150 followers for VIP darshan at Tirumala

When Minister Dr. Seediri Appalaraju and over 150 of his followers came at the revered Lord Venkateswar temple in Tirumala, they set off a commotion. The TTD reportedly granted special darshan to the state minister in charge of animal husbandry. Later, the Minister denied the allegations that he had abused his authority when speaking to the media. The Minister emphasised that no protocol was violated during the darshan and claimed that he and his followers had darshan to Lord Balaji just like other people. The minister said that none of the regular devotees were inconvenienced by his visit or that of his followers.
