Netta D'Souza of the Congress spits on cops at a rally in Delhi, and the video goes viral.

During a rally with party workers in Delhi against the ED interviewing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case, Mahila Congress President Netta D'Souza spits at police personnel. When the Congress workers were detained by the Delhi Police, the Congress leader is seen spitting at security personnel from inside a bus. In her defence, D'Souza claimed that the cops mistreated her and her party members. The latest accident occurred only days after Congress lawmaker Renuka Chowdhury grabbed a police officer's collar during a similar rally in Hyderabad. So far, neither the Congress party nor the Delhi Police have issued a statement regarding the incident.
