Covid cases increasing in Telangana: Health Director Srinivasa Rao

Hyderabad: Telangana health department alerted the people after Covid-19 positive cases are increasing once again in the state for the last few days. Telangana Public Health Director Srinivasa Rao alerted the people and asked everyone to wear a face mask in public places and on transportation. He said that Covid positive cases are increasing in Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi and Karnataka. He further stated that the Covid positive cases increased from 355 to 555 in the state. He added that no Covid deaths were reported in the last eight weeks. He stated that the Covid-19 positive cases may increase in the next 4-6 weeks and asked the people to take preventive measures. A total of 811 active cases are in the state.
