Hyderabad in Telangana is the vaccine capital of the World, says KTR at Davos

On the first day of the World Economic Forum (WEF) sessions in Davos, Industries Minister KT Rama Rao stated in one of the life science events that the importance of life sciences and medicines has increased as a result of the corona crisis. According to him, almost 40% of pharmaceutical products are made alone in Hyderabad. Minister KTR emphasised that increasing the capability of life science is vital if one is to prove its potential in the globe. He claimed that one-third of all human vaccines are manufactured in Hyderabad, and dubbed the city the "vaccine capital." According to KTR, Hyderabad alone produces 9 billion doses of vaccinations.
