A row has developed over Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's intended visit to Telangana. Internal Congress rifts have emerged. While Rahul Gandhi is expected to host a gathering in Warangal on May 6, disagreements have arisen among key leaders about mobilisation preparations. According to Uttam Kumar Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, there is no need for the PCCC president to attend the combined Nalgonda district. Revanth Reddy's faction, on the other hand, is demanding that a preparation meeting be conducted. Over 100 Revanth Reddy supporters are said to have met secretly in South Uppal to carry out plans. They have chanted slogans in order to make Revanth Reddy's tour a success. Addanki Dayakar, PCC Official Spokesperson, has questioned the status of party leaders in the state and stated that he will bring these issues before Rahul Gandhi.
