Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, reassembled the state cabinet on Monday, inducting 14 new faces and re-inducting 11 from his first team. Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan administered the oath of office and secrecy to 25 cabinet members in a public occasion at the state Secretariat in Amaravati, the state capital. The cabinet was dubbed the "Social Cabinet" by the ruling YSR Congress party, with 70 percent participation from the BC, SC, ST, and minority populations.
