Pakistan PM Imran Khan alleges his life is in danger, agrees for immediate polls

Imran Khan, Pakistan's prime minister, stated on Friday that he has genuine evidence that his life is in danger, but that he is unfazed and would continue to fight for an independent and democratic country. Early elections, according to the cricketer-turned-politician, are the greatest option. Imran Khan stated in a recent interview that the establishment offered him three options. No-confidence votes, early elections, or resignation as Prime Minister are the options. Reports said that the no-confidence resolution against Imran was set to be voted on. Khan is also claimed to have stated that the Opposition, which was working with a foreign force to depose him, would resort to his and his wife's character assassination.
