Justice Arup Kumar Goswami sworn-in as Chief Justice of AP High Court

Vijayawada, January 06: Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan administered oath of office to Justice Arup Kumar Goswami as Chief Justice of A.P. High Court at a solemn ceremony held at Tummalapalli Kalakshetram auditorium on Wednesday. The ceremony commenced at 10 AM with the Registrar General of AP High Court reading out the Notification of Appointment of Justice Arup Kumar Goswami as the Chief Justice of A.P. High Court by the President of India. Later, Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy felicitated Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami on his assumption of office as the Chief Justice of AP High Court, by presentation of shawl and bouquets.  Several Judges of A.P. High Court, several Ministers, Members of Parliament, MLAs, MLCs, Advisers to Govt, Chief Secretary Aditya Nath Das, Mukesh Kumar Meena, Secretary to Governor, senior government officials and public representatives attended the programme.
