Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with numerous Members of Parliament (MPs), made their way from the old Parliament building to the new one today. They gathered in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha chambers of the new complex for their sessions. Prime Minister Modi was joined by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP chief JP Nadda as they walked from the old Parliament building to the new facility. MPs from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) followed them, chanting slogans like 'Bharat Mata ki Jai' and 'Vande Matram.' Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla also made the journey to the new Parliament separately. Later on, several opposition MPs were seen heading towards the new Parliament complex as well. Before moving to the new building, the MPs participated in a ceremony in the Central Hall of the old Parliament building, marking this significant transition.
