At a public event in the Nagarkurnool district, Telangana Chief Minister, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, expressed strong disappointment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the unresolved matter of Telangana's share of water from the Krishna river. While speaking on Saturday at Kollapur, during the inauguration of the Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme (PRLIS), K Chandra Sekhar Rao questioned why it has taken the BJP government a decade to address this issue and urged them to assign Telangana its deserved portion of the Krishna river waters without any further delays. K Chandra Sekhar Rao encouraged locals to openly question BJP representatives about the prolonged indecision, and urged BJP leaders from the united Mahabubnagar district to press the Prime Minister to finalize Telangana's share in the water distribution. The Chief Minister emphasized that this decade-long wait has been too long and insisted on a rapid resolution to ensure Telangana receives its rightful share of the resources. It was a call to the BJP
