Karimnagar: In preparation for the launch of 'Weekend Masti' coinciding with Independence Day on Tuesday, the Karimnagar cable bridge has been splendidly adorned. Extensive preparations have been completed for the event, followed by celebrations that will take place from 6 pm to 1 am. The district administration has made the decision to host 'Weekend Masti' on the cable bridge every Saturday and Sunday, with Independence Day chosen as the inaugural occasion. Alongside cultural performances, a fireworks display, street food offerings, and children's games are scheduled as part of the festivities. On Monday, BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar, accompanied by Mayor Y Sunil Rao, visited the cable bridge to inspect the arrangements. Prior to this, the Minister held a comprehensive meeting with officials and event coordinators to ensure the event's success.
