Hyderabad: Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi strategically placed a flex banner at the busy Khairatabad Junction to startle both motorists and pedestrians. In anticipation of Independence Day celebrations, the CM, Minister KTR, and citizens conveyed their warm wishes through this flex banner, which uniquely reversed the tricolour arrangement of the national flag. The red colour, symbolizing Raudra, which should be at the top, and the green colour, which should be at the bottom, were positioned differently. Amidst the three colours of the national flag, they have switched the red and green colours, with red, usually representing Raudra and placed at the top, now occupying the lower portion. The green, which symbolizes greenery and typically occupies the lower portion, has been moved to the top. Those who've seen this flex banner - both motorists and the general public - are expressing a sense of wonder.
