The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has released breathtaking pictures of both the moon and Earth, taken by Chandrayaan-3 as it gets closer to the moon. The images were captured by the rocket's Lander Imager (LI) Camera. One picture of Earth was taken on the day of the launch, July 14, and another stunning image of the moon was captured a day after the unmanned mission entered the lunar orbit on August 6. Chandrayaan-3 is a special mission that follows Chandrayaan-2. Its main job is to show that it can land safely on the moon and move around on the lunar surface. The mission includes a lander and a rover to help with this job. These incredible pictures are a fascinating glimpse of the journey of Chandrayaan-3, and they provide a unique view of our Earth and the moon from space.
