An FIR has been lodged by the Mumbai Police against Raj Surve, the son of Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA Prakash Surve, and several others. They are accused of kidnapping businessman Rajkumar Singh on Wednesday in the Goregaon East area. Allegedly carried out at gunpoint, the abduction has prompted legal action. Reportedly, a group of 10 to 15 individuals entered the headquarters of Global Music Junction in Mumbai's Goregaon, forcibly taking the company's CEO. An online leak revealed CCTV footage depicting around 10 to 15 people purportedly mistreating workers and forcefully abducting an individual. Singh has claimed that he was coerced out of his office and compelled, at gunpoint, to settle a business debt linked to Manoj Mishra of Patna.
