In a shocking incident in Saharsa district, Bihar, a contract laborer named Ashok was forced to jump from a railway bridge into the Bagh Mati river to save his life. Ashok was working on the railway tracks when a train suddenly appeared. With no other option, he made the split-second decision to jump into the river below. Witnesses at the scene quickly alerted the locals, who promptly rescued him using a rope. Railway police arrived at the location after receiving information about the incident and immediately transported Ashok to the hospital. According to the police, Ashok Kumar was working for a private railway contractor at the time of the incident.
