Following the second day of the Opposition meeting of 26 parties in Bengaluru, a significant decision was taken unanimously. With this new name alliance, they will gear up to take on BJP led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The opposition parties sat together for a dinner in Bengaluru on Tuesday. This marks the second meeting held by the opposition parties. The key union is aimed to form a united front against the ruling BJP in preparation for the upcoming general elections in 2024. The Congress party, along with 25 other parties, considers this meeting to be of paramount importance in the Indian political landscape. They have termed it as a potential 'game changer' for the country's political scenario.
