New Delhi: Bandi Sanjay, the former president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Telangana and Karimnagar MP, emphasized the importance of party activists adhering to the directives of the high command. Sanjay's statement came after receiving a phone call from Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, prompting him to cut short his trip and return from the airport. It is believed that their conversation revolved around a proposed new railway line connecting Kazipet to Karimnagar. Following the discussion, Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw instructed officials to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR). When asked about his relatively low profile since stepping down as TBJP chief, Sanjay cited his busy schedule and confirmed his return to Telangana on Friday.
