Punjab: A BMW car near Doraha, Ludhiana district in Punjab caught fire last night, creating a potentially tragic situation. Fortunately, the driver narrowly escaped harm. The flames rapidly engulfed the vehicle, leaving little time to comprehend the unfolding event. Upon receiving the alert, swift-responding rescue workers from Doraha and Khanna raced to the scene, despite the challenging distance of approximately 20 kilometers from the fire station. After nearly two hours of relentless effort, they successfully gained control over the blazing inferno. Firefighter Sukhdeep Singh shared that they received an urgent distress call about the burning car in Doraha, yet regrettably, upon arrival, the vehicle had already been consumed by the fire.
